I think everyone is really sick of hearing me say this...but I really wish I was in Boston right now! I badly want to go to LeakyCon (I'm still listening to The Remus Lupins right now, yes), but I, being in stupid England and having no money, can't go. Don't get me wrong, I adore Liverpool! It's just nothing happens. Well, nothing for me. Nothing I'd want to go to.
My little sister, Maria, said yesterday, "Yeah, my friend's auntie is a witch, a proper one, she went to witch school and everything!" I literally spun around (I was sitting on the floor), and shouted, "SHE WENT TO HOGWARTS?!" Shut up, it is real! My letter was just...delayed.
I was explaining horcruxes to Tom C today, and how they killed Voldie, etc, etc. I don't think he cared at all, but he listened to me babble on for 15 minutes (teacher walked in after that), because he's super-sweet like that.
Speaking of Tom's, in RE I sit next to another Tom (R, there's like 5 Tom's in my year, and 3 of them are in my class), and he is in love with my iPod. He was listening to it today, when I had an idea. I took it off him, telling him I was putting a song on for him. I then proceeded to play "Mrs.Nerimon". Tom then clutched his head, screamed "THIS MUSIC DOESN'T MAKE ME HAPPY, TURN IT OFF, TURN IT OFF!" I wouldn't turn it off until he'd heard the chorus, and he even drew a target onto the desk and slammed his head on it. Then Tom J shouted him, so I called back "Hang on, I'm just torturing him!" So Tom J nodded and waited. I enjoyed torturing Tom, t'was fun.
Also, I gave Angie her sock puppet today, and she loved it. She ran around showing it to everybody, while my sister, Emma, stood behind her shouting, "AM I THE ONLY ONE WHO DOESN'T FIND THIS AMUSING IN THE SLIGHTEST? IS THIS WHAT'S GOING TO REPLACE ME WITH MY BEST FRIEND AFTER FRIDAY?!"
Today was an alright day, aside from the fact that we had geography.
And I still wish I was in Boston.

(Bit late, I know, but I've only just found your blog so I'm catching up)
ReplyDeleteI completely know how you feel about the Boston thing. My friend actually got to go and she wouldn't take me in her suitcase. She is a bad friend...
I am poor, and in England, and have silly parents who just don't get how much I like Harry Potter. Life is unfair.
